Many municipalities have already set up their webcare processes for Twitter and Facebook quite nicely. In order to keep a grip on customer contact, it is therefore nice if WhatsApp can be integrat into existing processes. Although the addition of WhatsApp has a few platform-specific points of attention, it requires few adjustments to that work process. A shopping list:
A profile picture that is display as an avatar on the recipient’s smartphone
A good status message ( ‘Hey there, I’m using WhatsApp’ is not useful, mentioning web care times is)

Because WhatsApp does not have its own API (in short, a plug that connects systems to each other), all applications are currently still of its own making. It is not yet a foregone conclusion what WhatsApp allows in terms of data traffic, but it is clear that it is careful with its personal nature. Anyone who wants to send out large campaigns runs the risk of being block as a user. And no organization is waiting for that.

The old ad manager was in dire ne of replacement. It was an inefficient tool, especially for power users . At SecondDegree, we manage over 20 company and showcase pages. For each client, we also manage one or more ad accounts, a total of over 50 accounts.
